Can You Semaphore Your Neighbour?

I was passed by an "off-duty" ice cream truck on a busy street. We stopped side by side at a red light. The music was STILL ON. Apparently, the guy behind the wheel can't turn it off--only turn it down, much like Winston and his telescreen in 1984.

This is an awful cartoon for many reasons. 1) Sparky was smart to draw elaborate music as though copying and pasting the image--wavy lines kill the readability of it. 2) I had to depict the ice cream truck in such a way as to disrupt the continuity between panels. And so on.
