Changed my technique with this one- I'm using actual screen tones with this one. I like how they came out, and as a bonus, they make shading this thing a breeze.

 

Finally, I really wish I could get a shirt like the one Garret has. If I knew the address of the Yellow Kid, i'd ask him.
