Updates MWF

This, or at least something similar to this, happened to me a few years ago. However, the participants were not middle schoolers, but college graduates who should have known better.

To be fair, I should have been a lot more forceful with the "loyal friend" instead of internalizing my frustrations and getting my petty revenge through cartooning.

Katherine Janeway (hecate_lionheart) says: I've been in Eileen's shoes before. I understand my friend's intentions when they try to comfort me, but when I'm sad I just want to be left alone. I think the title of this comic is a good reflection on the situation.
Katherine Janeway (hecate_lionheart) says: I actually once had the most marvelous teacher who, for every group project, had us turn in a paper ahead of time that showed her how the work was divided up. So when the time came to present, if a piece of it wasn't done, the person in charge of it lost points from their grade. No one else's grade suffered. A grand method I wish showed up more often.
Kristen Walton (kalietha) says: I had something similar in one of my classes, Katherine - at the end of every group project, we filled out a form evaluating our teammates' work, how much they did, how much effort they put into it, etc. That was the only class I was ever in where I DIDN'T wind up doing all the work when I was stuck in a group.
