FOOTFALL--First name Amir. Second-most powerful of the Next Level (behind Thunderous) he's able to amplify vibrations so that even his padded boots shake the entire house he lives in where he walks. There may be a grisly story about why he can't talk--imagine a child crying with that ability. Someone may have decided a little impromptu surgery was in order. Lives in NYC in a special house whose foundation is composed of immense springs, to try to absorb the vibrations.
