One thing's missing from the analogy. If there are wildflowers---escaped varieties of flowers that man deliberately bred---or wild dogs---escaped varieties of dogs that man deliberately bred---that implies there is a garden, or a group of trained dogs, that IS still under control.

Is there a Zha'Tahn equivelent? A garden, a dog pound, as it were?
