Couple of things of note...

Is it Lafferty's weight, or is it something unusual under part of the floor? And why can't Vigilant see whatever's causing it?

Vigilant has a bit of a crush on Katrina, it seems.  Albeit a pretty unhealthy ---unvoiced --unrequited--one.  A stalker with super-senses...? A perv with x-ray vision? That'd be ultra-creepy...

  However, x-ray vision isn't all it's cracked up to be---from a voyeur's viewpoint.  Anything strong enough to look through clothing would look through skin too, for the most part...and unless you're turned on by skeletons...you might get half-glimpses if you do it JUST right....no more.

Lafferty's reminding Vigilant about Arthur Griffin, Beastbeauty's ex, below---and how the timing seems to be TOO coincidental.  Beastbeauty doesn't know about his atacking Vigilant and Flickerflame...earlier.
