I wanted to give an example of Vigilant's hearing. It has to be selective, so I was showing HOW selective. Just expanding hearing would quickly deafen you without doing anything to help you detect anything. At first, he was listening to all sounds, and expanding his hearing---then just human voices---then human male voices--then male voices with British accents---then male voices with British accents who sound like Griffin. Griffin's image was a bit of an artistic license.

I liked how in the DAREDEVIL movie, DD slept in an isolation tank.  (In fact, that was one of the few things I DID like about that movie.) I wouldn't be surprised if Vigilant didn't too.
