I think this wasn't used for the 2008 Con, the little seen Mme.Kaicho. It might of popped up in the Reg Book, but wasn't in the ArtBook. I'll have to double check :) For those who don't know, Kaichou is a term usually used for boss-type characters in Japan. Her dress continues the wintery-theme, and the sidekick theme since she's a supporting cast member :)

Hey, look, another Chibi. This is the villaness, Fujoshi 5000, the robot maid of Miss Marisu, who isn't terrible good at cleaning or battling enemies, spending most of her time reading manga of varying degrees of sketchiness and being creepy but cute.
