Well...this is just sad.
I'm about to do the worst thing a webcomic creator can do.
A Snail of a Tale was kind of a spur-of-the-moment project. The energy behind it was fueled by a long-time wish to make a webcomic, and the surprise and pleasure of finally finding something I could draw continuously and have it look pretty much the same every time.
But, alas, it was too ambitious a project for me.
So I'm sorry to all four of you readers (I know there's four because that's how many pageviews the comic got today). Four is really more than I'd hoped for. Sadly, this is the end of A Snail of a Tale.
I've known for a while that I wouldn't be able to keep this up, and so I'm going to spare you the gradually increasing infrequency of updates and the poor excuses, and I'll just tell you its over. Sorry.
It's not that I lack time to think up plots and draw them, it's that my motivation has evaporated. I've always been terrible at seeing projects through.
So I'm sorry if you've been enjoying the adventures of Thuselah and Schneck and Jean-oui and want them to continue, but apparently I'm not cut out for this sort of thing. I'll just stick to writing fantasy novels....
Feel free to call me nasty names in the comments box!
The End.
