Actually the Torah doesn't say 'witch'. In the original hebrew it was 'poisoner' but it was changed with the translation for the king james bible.

Also "to suffer" whatever nowadays just means that you shouldn't like it, or put up with it. I prefer to read the scriptures according to the current meaning of the words used. Then all that's required of me, is to snub witches whenever I meet them.

That makes sense, Avy. Kind of like how those bits in Revelations where, as I understand it, pharmakeois, or pharmacy, got translated to sorcery. It's one of those interesting bits because the word, as used then, referred largely to the peddling of contraceptives and abortifacents, meaning that it;s one of those things, like divorce, that the Bible specifically forbids as a great sin. *shrug* Although, New Testament, not relevant to our current Jewish comic. :)

But in all of those ands don't use a false argument. It's not poisoner.
