Well, Sex Ed gets pushed earlier every year it seems. I first remember it from elementary school, and we hit it again first few weeks of high school. Elementary's was of the "this is how boys and girls are different" variety, offered in 5th grade, at which point we all knew, and people were asking questions they knew the answers two specifically to make the teachers uncomfortable. High school was more along the lines of "These are STDs and this is why they're bad and here's how you avoid them." And my first year of high school was six or seven years ago. If anything, her reaction is almost too innocent to believe. =D Violet's response, on the other hand... hehe. Awesome strip!

Oh, my school did Sex Ed in 7th grade. Sadly one of my class mates had a younger sister who was already pregnant, and there was hardly anyone who needed the class by the time they had it. Most of them could've taught all of the really important points without needing a text book.

Aw man! So embarassing. I feel bad for Melody right now. I never was really engrossed in the sex ed classes. However, when I read a webcomic that had that last summer, I learned over the months between last summer and now.
