second, Violet, in the last panel, looks like she knows that its going to be a Loooonnnnggg day of listening to people talking behind her back and/or explaining to people what happened during the date. Either way Violet has her work cut out for her.

I knew this would happen. I knew it. Poor Voilet, having to deal with all this crap. Although, knowing Darrin, he probably made up some story about him and Voilet that had nothing to do with the truth. It's probably why everyone is really talking about Voilet, they just don't know the true story, only Darrin's made up BS one. (note: I must find and kill Darrin for this!)

Yes, we all knew Darrin would say things that weren't true. As for the severity of what he said, this series has thrown curveballs in the past, and we still don't know WHAT Darrin said. So don't jump to your conclusions!

@feebriel: yeah, but I think at that point, she'll feel like she's sixty too. Maybe Darrin didn't make up this story, but racquel spread a false rumor. Either way, poor Violet.

Anyone else wonder if Darrin might NOT have lied? Just going out, as a freshman with a "popular" kid might have catapulted her ahead in the high school social hiearchy, even if (maybe because) they know she "snubbed" him as well. Next question would be: Would Skylar assume she's "out of his reach" now?

well now theres another idea. you could be right Pete, Raquel might have started the rumor mill, not Darrin himself... eh, both deserve punishment in my book for harsh/bad treatment to Voilet, so either one could really be the "culprit" in this predicament. Still, Voilet must face the rest of the day...poor poor voilet... and as far as Skylar mransom, maybe this will give him the confidence to ask Voilet out. -->"Hey Wendyl! Did you hear? Okay, this has to be said: Just because he's stupid, selfcentered, and obviously a bit creepy for talking in the third person doesn't mean that Darrian was the one who started the rumors. It's amazing how quickly a jellous preppy girl can be forgotten once you throw a dimwitted guy into the mix. This is the reason I refuse to go into any sort of politics right here. Every person in the world, man woman and child always jump to conclutions just on what they assume to be their definition of what happened without seeing things from all angles. ... and no I'm not being sexest (or how ever it's spelt), I'm just pointing out the fact that you're focusing all your anger and fustration on one suspect when there are obviously more than 2.... er... sorry got ranting again didn't I? Well my peace has been made for the time being.
