Interesting choice. I like the "Caring Stepfather" idea. And the Rino definately shows the difference in people/race between Skylar and Jim. Good page. I'd like to see more of Jim as the story goes on.

Personally, the only thing I'd change about the rhino is that I'd give him glasses. Rhinos generally have very poor eyesight. I like the comics, and this is a good one. (I found Fur Will Fly a few months ago and finished it in a few days, and now, reading this, I like it!)
