All sketch submissions will be immortalized on the Fan Art page. So even if you don't win you can still have your art posted. There are no rules - use your imagination! Submit by e-mail to blooptoon@aol.com by August 30, 2006. The winner will be selected on August 31, 2006 and have his / her character appear in a BLOOP webcomic strip and will be given a by line next to mine as a contributing artist!
