Energetic and easily excitable, Buddy is the clown of the group. He is always smiling and trying to make others laugh, even during their toughest trials. He considers himself a friend to all, which is where he got his nickname.

Born in the Highlands of his native country, Buddy grew up during a time of war and famine. He ran away at a young age and escaped through the "rift", where he was adopted by a human family.

The tattoos on his face and the tip of his tail mark him as a "warrior". Even though he might act childish, he can fight with great speed and skill.
