Originally I was going to have only one guy say he wished for the smaller piece, but then I realized that wouldn't be a logical paradox--it's not against the rules to have both wishes come true. Technically, this isn't a paradox either, because they could end up with an exact even split. However, that is statistically never going to happen. Although, if faced with two unsavory options, I suspect the universe would pick a statistical anomaly over a logical impossibility.
