I finished Fallout 3 just the other day. It was a good game, but like Oblivion before it (considering it was developed by Bethesda) there's.. lots of dodgy stuff. In particular, I discuss the A.I.

I got the NPC ally "Star Paladin Cross" to join my party. I tell her to use ranged weapons. She agrees, and instantly she wields a laser rifle. "Good" I thought.

As soon as we come into battle... she whips out her hammer, charges in, and usually gets herself killed. Especially when up against Deathclaw or somethin'.

I give credit to my good friend Chris for coming up with the "IT'S HAMMER TIME" dialog. Originally there was swearing but, my brother convinced me to pull it out. Seems funnier without the language.
