Hey, crossover fans! We've got an exciting chapter ahead of us! We're doing two page a week for this chapter. Yes, TWO PAGES A WEEK! Why? Because we're nuts! Also because we've spent so much time making funny jokes that we decided that we better pick it up a notch if we want to get through this story.

It's not that we want to rush through the action part. Far from it. Just look at it this way; you won't have to wait as long to find out what happens! Cool, huh?

Now, you know I had to slip in a couple nerdy references on this one, so let's get these out of the way.

First and most obvious is that Das is using the Sharpshooter on Red. If you've read through Dasien, I think it's pretty obvious that I've spent an unhealthy amount of my life watching the World Wrestling Federation (before the changed the name and became all about Triple H). Note that she's using the cool Bret Hart version of the hold and not the crappy Duane Johnson version.



Yeah! Get 'im, Bret! I don't know who that other wrestler is. Some no-name jobber, apparently.

Anime fans will note that I've almost completely ripped the cover of the original Project A-Ko for ANT's section of the cover. I admit it. It's one of my favorite animes of all-time.



And from the Mindmistress portion of the cover, where we still see a section of the armory, there's a sign pointing to the Narnia Wardrobe. I guess the door to Narnia not only exists but is being kept at the Armory. *shrugs*

Fans of the original Metroid will recognize the name on the sign that's pointing the other direction. On the password screen, entering NARPAS SWORD followed by a string of zeros will grant you infinite health, infinite missiles, and every upgrade in the game.



I assure you, though, that Justin Bailey is nowhere to be found at the armory. --Neil
