2. "You can come to my party ANY TIME!" is, apparently, Queen Ida's signature line; she said it about three times during the show, and it never failed to elicit a collective yelp.

3. This is the only concert this cartoonist ever attended in which there was a woman kickin' it -- in the thick of the front row -- while supporting herself on one of those combination wheelchair/walkers. It was just bloody marvelous.
