On Friday, May 7, 2010, the Portland Opera invited CulturePulp to participate in a "Blogger Night @ The Opera" performance of "The Barber of Seville." Mike Russell drew a "live comics adaptation" of the show during the performance, mostly from his theater

2. This is my second try at a "live comics adaptation" -- the first was of Portland Opera's "Rigoletto" in May 2009. You can read the "Rigoletto" comics adaptation right here.
