Comics

Alexander's thrice weekly collaboration with Bill Duncan, Picture Story Theatre, appears on Modern Tales. His short collaborations with various artists can be found in the Comics section, and reviews of his various comics projects can be found on the Press page.

His writings about comics have been published in The Webcomics Examiner, Comixpedia, and Sequential Tart. Full list of published articles.

Theatre

Alexander's first play, Cubicles, was runner up for Emerson's Rod Parker Fellowship in 2003, and was subsequently staged as part of Emerson's annual New Works Festival. His second play, Parens. received its first performance in April of 2005, also at Emerson College.

Alexander is one of the founding members of the Interrobang Theatre Company, a Boston-based company devoted to developing and producing new works by emerging playwrights.

Biographical

Alexander grew up in the cultural wastes of central Long Island before earning his B.A. in philosophy from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. He now lives in Providence, RI with his wife, Brandy. He received his M.F.A. in writing, literature, and publishing from Emerson College.
