This is the cover for Second Series Captain Saucer #3, which was actually a warm over of the First Series Captain Saucer #5. That was when I discovered both Ziptone and Googie. This has the gimmick of being hand colored with High Lighters for added gaudy tackiness, and supposedly having a limited edition of 100. The cover should have been printed white paper for the coloring for the thing to work correctly. Plus the thing didn’t even come close to moving a hundred copies. I just feel sooooooooo loved……
