Part of this page is based on faulty memory of a cartoon that I hadn't seen since first grade. For some reason, I misremembered him working solo in the original incarnation. This page was done shortly after he had been given a watered down revival in the wake of Star Wars.

Also, "Punk Eye" who ended up getting a lot of attention for a bit of throw away "chicken fat". I ended up drawing several commissions of him over the years.

Finally, the female bouncer is based on Faith Minton playing a female bouncer in Cheech & Chong's Next Movie. She was influential on turning me on to the fleshy charms of muscle gals and one of the reasons Flexia evolved into one. She's also. probably a subconscious reason why Flexia's mother, Leonina, was a fromer bouncer on her homeworld.
