Let's put Fanboy through what I've been through and see how it likes it.....

At the time I drew this, it seemed like this might be the last ever Fanboy cartoon. But the last one came a few years later.

I did have a high school teacher say that my comics were too asinine for the school paper in pretty much those words. This was a big contributing factor to why there was a six year gap between Star Truck and Captain Saucer.

Sci Fi Guy! is sort of the great 1977 fan-comic that I didn't do in '77 because of social forces like that.

Yet when Tom the Catgirl isn't channeling Dr. Zachary Smith, a lot of her personality is based on that offending teacher.

PS: I hate my high school so much!
