David Stroup is a webcomic and journalist living and working in Oregon City, Oregon, on the edge of the Portland metro area. He's been workign in various news media (including Hawaii Public Radio, various commercial radio stations and now at a local community newspaper) for 15 years and drawing cartoons since high school.

In addition to "Yossarian" and the other comics hosted at Webcomics Nation, Mr. Stroup is repsonsible for Jaxxon's 11, a Star Wars spoof, and has done freelance cartooning for local and national publications.
