Not 'next week,' tomorrow. These were originally done to run on a weekly basis -- I certainly wish I could draw that level of detail at that size daily, but... no.
That reference to granulated chlorine, I believe, was a reference to something which had happened at the time -- someone using that combination to ... start a fire? Build a bomb? An incendiary device? And some news outlet in the area, I think, had tried to duplicate the effect to prove the Important Journalistic Point that it was an insane and dangerous thing to do.
