Today's strip is an excerpt from a real conversation I had with my friend Mike. I was so proud of the first "Van Allen Belt" story and couldn't wait to talk to Mike about it since he is a guitarist and represents my target audience. At first I was crushed that he did not get it,but through the course of explaining the strip to him we ended up laughing about the whole conversation and realized that it was funnier than the strip was. So I decided that day I would draw a strip about that conversation.

This is the first time I have ever tried to draw myself, let alone one of my friends. It was a challenge, but really fun to draw.

Today's strip will also hopefully be the start of my new updating schedule. I am going to attempt starting to update every Friday. The more I draw, the easier it gets and the faster I get at putting a strip together. If I can keep with this schedule, I will actually be quadrupling my output!
