Dr. Dooley Unpleasant is Mr. Mighty's arch-nemesis. He's a mad scientist who specializes in killer robots and energy weapons. By a strange coincidence, he and Mr. Mighty now live just a few blocks apart; his daughter Marilee is in the same class as Summer. He's evil, obnoxious, and ... well ... unpleasant. Duh.
