There are several dozen heroes patrolling the city under the name "Captain Obvious". The Captain Obvious Regular Patrol Squad (C.O.R.P.S.) dispatches its members wherever they're needed, helping ordinary citizens avoid simple mistakes that are ... well ... obvious.
