Mondays and Fridays
With thanks and apologies to Edward Hopper.

Lots of real-life things getting in the way, so I thought I'd run a little teaser for the next episode.  UPDATE: Full page is now up!  Thanks for your patience.

Those of you who recognize the original source for this picture are either art history buffs, or fans of "Pearls Before Swine".

Well, most of my Christmas shopping is done (meaning we went to the store, my wife put stuff in the cart, and I ... well I pushed it through the checkout).  Now I just gotta figure out what to get for her.  'Tis the season to befuddled.

If you ever watch movies on TCM, they often show the original as part of the lead-in to the next movie....

It was also briefy homaged (is that a word?) in a tiny toons cartoon!

So It Begins (soitbegins) says: Nighthawks!

Helps if you a Tom Waits fan too.

Ed, came across a blog that you might enjoy.  Written by two lawyers, they explore legal concepts as applied to a superhero multiverse.

John Campbell (jcampbel) says:

Hopper's diner also appeared in one of the old Tick comics.

So It Begins (soitbegins) says: Verrrrry tricky, Mr. Mighty.
Chris Bacon (necroskippy) says:

@jcampbell:  I think the cartoon did too.
