Gotta love those special conductive hero gloves. Seriously, can't he make those things out of something insulative? This seems to happen all too often.
John Campbell (jcampbel) says:
I had something very like this happen to me once - though I was putting up sheetrock, not taking down plaster and lath. A wire dangling from a disconnected overhead light fixture brushed my temple and grounded out through the power screwdriver in my hand. The right half of my world went white for a few seconds. Was the last time I took my boss's word for it when he said that he'd turned off the breaker...

David Harmon (mental_mouse) says:
I like how MM's eyes light up at his "discovery"! :-) Gwen, ET: The primary design constraint for a super's costume really needs to be "withstands use of the wearer's own powers". Durability against incidental hazards (say, your teammates' powers) is a nice bonus.
