Mondays and Fridays
Well, that went well.

ED: This affront shall not go unavenged ... look out, boys.

Previous episode, reader Jennifer commented on the new art style ... all artists' styles evolve over time.  You can compare my early art to later episodes.  Also, check out Jeph Jacques' Questionable Content (occasionally NSFW) and compare his early episodes to later ones.

I'm enjoying Erik's take on the characters, and espcially like the regular updates.

ERIK:  This went pretty smoothly ... the last panel was a lot of fun to draw.

Grrr. I just spent several hours reading the archives, thanks to your link...Oh well, it was fun. It also clarified. This style is rather like the beginning of the comic, but I'd gotten used to shading and a more "realistic" look. I'll get used to this, too. In a couple months this will just be what they look like.

I love re-reading the archives of QC - his improvement in art is enormous. You (Ed) weren't as bad as he was to start, so the jump isn't as much. I should say, though, that I'm in awe of anyone who can draw the same face twice - I can draw some things, but consistent characters are _way_ beyond my skills.
