A play on the 28 Days Later/Walking Dead motif of the protagonist always waking up from some sort of coma in the immeadiate aftermath of the zombie apocalypse.

With respect to other comics, this is fairly sloppy given a ghost image of an erased truck in the background, but generally speaking, after this comic, lesson learned.

Also, the third panel was my one attempt at a sort of using both realism and the masking effect, and although I never gave up on the idea, I never had another opportunity to reuse this technique.
