A couple of translation points: I think "regular actors" would be more appropriate in the second panel. "Average" in that context would usually mean "mediocre" or "second-rate", an actor with only an average level of talent. Also, "work the puppets" would be better in the fourth panel: "steer" means to control the direction that something's travelling in, usually a moving vehicle.
