Well this comic is a pardoy on a phrase a famous line made orginally in the Nintnedo Pals Comic rules.  "If you are going to cut someone's head, make a rainbow come out."  Execpt we aren't really cutting heads... but tails.  I wouldn't have the guts to draw someone cutting someone elses head off, would you?  So a tail will have to do.
