I sometimes debate whether or not to write anything to accompany these little strips, but that would seem to defeat the purpose of having something I can update very quickly.

 But that said, this one can use some background. Manien and I were on the bus on the way home, and she was in a bad mood, and I said I would draw a very entertaining exciting comic for her. And so she watched me, draw and a lot of the humour that developed was how this was the least exciting comic possible, with this cat sleeping, and nothing happening. And also the crappiness of my drawings. By the fourth panel we were completely cracking up as I mis-drew the cat so that it was missing the bird, and the lame joke at the end, largely because I didn't feel like drawing the cat again... Sometimes it is fun drawing with someone watching, trying to surprise them.
