june 12 (likely), 2004 - fiddler's green. the next morning.
one thing i love about toronto in the summer is that if you walk around downtown on a weekend, there is a good chance you will just stumble across some street festival, concert or something. on this occasion, mr. do and i came across a performance art thing that went all up university from queen st. there were all these little stations set up on the traffic islands with people doing various odd things related to the seven deadly sins and the the (seven?) virtues. so that was fun.
and then we ended up at the fiddler's green just off yonge st, where frankly i have never had a positive experience. and this time mr. do was sitting in the blazing sun and started to feel like he was going to have a heat stroke, and that was it for the day. the next morning i felt all gross and dehydrated.
