later that day. at little jason't launch

jason kieffer was having a launch for some of his comics. i suspect i drew the first picture while waiting to head off to the launch. it looks like the boxes from the previous page are now gone. i felt bad as i did the colouring on tha panel, as it makes it look like the light is blazing bright, when in fact this was july in toronto and it stayed light outside very late, so it seems unlikely i would have had many lights on at that hour.

the second image was inspired by some murals on the walls at the Oasis where "little jason" had his launch. also by Beanworld. ah Beanworld. how sad that it is just lost in space, never to be finished.
