There's not much to say about Turtle, just like there's not much to say about a lot of the characters in Fun Fun. He's friends with Fish, and they talk about all sorts of things -- lunar colonies, things you can do with one hand, the best way to kill Matt LeBlanc -- you know, stuff that anybody talks about.
