There are so many different ways for the election to go wrong next Tuesday, no matter who actually wins (or, as the case may be, "wins"). But it is safe to say that when the right to vote is denied by means technocratic, devious, mechanical or otherwise, Republicans reap the rewards. The one thing that won't win anyone any elections is voter registration fraud. It may slow things down, it may be annoying, and it is certainly illegal; but Mickey Mouse and dead voters will not actually show up to vote. For one thing, Mickey lives in a feudal fantasy world, so he has no reason to leave the magic kingdom. And zombies can't drive. Call 'em a cab and they eat the cabbie. It's just not practical.
Special shout-out to artist Tony Moore, whose depictions of zombies in Walking Dead I relied upon heavily for this cartoon.
Oh, and: Zombies probably ate my brain last week, because I forgot to post two cartoons that I had posted to the main In Contempt site. But they are up now - click on cartoons for date 10-21 and 10-23. Sorry for being brain dead.
