So I'm watching this thing on the History Channel about the history of thanksgiving. They make it seem like deep frying a turkey is really common. It is strange that I've never actually physically encountered such a thing? However, since this is a basic cable "educational" program, so we also just got a picture of a deep fat fryer engulfed in a tower of flames. And now, turducken.
Okay, enough of that.
I am looking forward to Rock Band, but it is also expensive. Sundance is going to bring his by the store this weekend, so hopefully I'll get a shot at that. Still plan on waiting until the holiday craziness dies down to buy it, though.
Incidentally, as referenced in this thread at Kotaku, the "momentum" (such as it is) of the PS3 is ~5M console sales the first year, whereas the PS2 was 10M+ in its first year. What this highlights is that the "don't open your mouth" maxim shouldn't just apply to the SCEA execs, but to Sony execs in general.
