Page 6 of the Vanguard is up, and we're getting back to the action!

The actions ramps up as promised. Sorry this page is late, but my scanner died and it took me a couple of days to get another one. Some of you may say-"why not dispense with the scanner and just draw on your Wacom tablet?" The answer is, my tablet drawing skills suck hard-I'd basically need to learn to draw all over again to even begin to match the quality I put out now with pencil and ink.

Anyway, I played around a little with the blur effects in Photoshop (see the last panel), and am learning a little more about doing highlights and shadows. Yeah I know I still have a ways to go-but I'm working on it. Let me know what you think. Oh, yeah and I also started off the Cast pages with Thenurion. Check out the entry.

Next Tuesday's (5/16) page-Thenurion intercepts the torpedoes! But will he be able to stop them all?
