The inspiration for this cartoon came when I heard the Bachmann quote shouted with all the enthusiasm of Kennedy announcing that we would put a man on the moon by the end of the decade. That's what the Republican Dream has become . . . being able to purchase a 100 watt incandescent light bulb.
