Change your incandescent lights to Compact Fluorescent Lights!

I got my information from energystar.gov (if you're curious, check out http://www.energystar.gov/ia/partners/promotions/change_light/downloads/Fact_Sheet_Mercury.pdf for more information about... wait, is that mercury?! Yes-- please dispose of your CFLs properly!) and it was also labeled on the pack of CFLs laying around in my house. 

Some notes: The t-shirt you're wearing says "jitensha" which means bicycle in Japanese.  I also used the smudge tool in Gimp (the free software I use for cropping, altering colors, and adjusting size for my comics) a bit to do some minor corrections.
