This is part of the Battles REDUX. The top panel of the worm's eye view of the fire escape was originally a digital manip in Photoshop of a b&w photo. The entire page is now composed of hand-drawn images. Pen, brush and ink on paper Tools: Hunt 102 and 108 nibs, a #2 watercolor brush and a bottle of Koh-I-noor India ink. The bottom 3 panels are the most detailed illos that I’ve ever done. The brickwork was simply insane. My tiny Hunts 102 pen nib came in very handy. The backdrop was drawn from a photo that I took in Montreal.
