Lots of my friend hates this old woman, but think about it from her point of view, the streets are hardly sanitary, and while showers are avaiable in some shelters, they are hardly easy to come by. In the end, facoting in fur and all, it'dnt be an all that implausible assumption. Then there's the fact that here in Sweden, most people's attitudes against the homeless seem to be a variant of "Ignore it and it will go away".
