GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR INNER GEEZER

Do you remember Henry Kissinger? He worked for two presidents, Nixon and George Bush Sr, and he's primarily remembered for two things. He was instrumental in bringing about detente, which ended the Cold War between the Soviet Union and the United States. He's also called the architect of the Vietnam War. Oddly enough, eight years later he helped to end it. For all his efforts, Kissinger won the Nobel Prize. Some people love him, while others consider Kissinger a warmonger. My favorite Kissinger trivia bit is that he dated Jill St. John, the ravishing redhead who captured our attention in a James Bond movie. I drew this cartoon because I recently watched Kissinger give an interview on CNN. He said that we can't win the Iraq war, and we need to wrap it up and get out of Dodge, so to speak. He didn't say it quite this way, but if you'll read the words and include his trademark accent, it makes it more fun.
