James Brown died right before Christmas last year,  but he didn't get buried because of legal problems with his estate.  I read that his coffin was sitting in his own home, with the air conditioner running full blast.  Then I read that it was hidden in "a very safe place".  Still later, CNN interviewed a man who said that it was his job to check the body every day.  Ewww!  Then, towards the end of February, it was announced that James Brown's six children had reached agreement on when and where to bury his body.  But today (3/10/07) his estate attorneys said that he will get buried soon, but only temporarily, until a special mausoleum can be built.  For this cartoon, I made a song parody from the old spiritual "John Brown's body lies amoldering in the ground".  Come to think of it, the Irony Fairy could have handled this one, too.
