I've drawn a number of polar bear cartoons, lately.  They make a perfect subject for so many political statements.  In this case, I've suggested a way that the polar bears could come out on top.  I wish it could be true.  The building of casinos is one of the few ways that Native Americans have managed to cash in on their mistreatment.  Maybe we could make a law that casinos can only be owned by those we mistreat.  That way they'd get something back.
