I see the ingredient "guar gum" listed on many of my favorite foods. Evidently, it helps keep things smooth and creamy, like ice cream. I decided that food scientists might become addicted to something like guar gum, assuming its properties could be abused. As usual, my thinking got raunchy, and this was the result.
